The problem
The company services air conditioning across Singapore, with a page for each service and each area it covers, plus a blog. Local service pages only generate calls once they rank, and a chunk of the site sat crawled but not indexed when the work started, so whole neighbourhoods were invisible in search.
What I did
- Pulled all 82 service, area, and blog URLs from Search Console and classified each one
- Submitted the core service pages and the busiest areas first
- Worked through every area page, tracking each URL until it flipped to indexed
- Built a per-URL ledger so the client can see which areas are live in Google
- Reached all 82 tracked URLs indexed, a full 100 percent
