The problem
The owner of this real estate investor site had a large body of content but no clear picture of its technical health. Before investing further, the site needed an honest audit rather than another round of guesswork.
What I did
- Verified all 159 indexable URLs live, one by one, rather than relying on the sitemap alone
- Scored the site across five categories: crawl health, on-page signals, content, schema, and mobile Core Web Vitals
- Assessed all 142 blog posts individually for indexing and content signals
- Identified missing schema markup and slow mobile speed as the two weakest areas
- Named each gap specifically and attached a fix plan the owner could act on
- Handed over a scorecard rather than a vague summary, so priorities were unambiguous
On the record
- 159 indexable URLs verified live
- Scorecard: crawl 9/10, on-page 9/10, content 9/10, schema 3/10, mobile CWV 7/10
- 142 blog posts assessed
- Named gaps with fix plan: schema coverage, mobile speed
