The problem
The provider sells workplace health and safety courses online, with a page for each course and supporting articles. A course that is not indexed cannot be found or bought, so the whole catalogue needed to be in Google, reliably, before any marketing on top of it would pay off.
What I did
- Pulled all 53 course and article URLs from Search Console and classified each one
- Submitted the course pages first, where the enrolments and revenue sit
- Worked through the supporting articles, tracking each URL until it flipped to indexed
- Built a per-URL ledger so the client can confirm every course is live in Google
- Reached all 53 tracked URLs indexed, a full 100 percent

On the record
- 53 course and article URLs tracked
- All 53 indexed at last snapshot, a full 100 percent
- Course pages prioritized, where the enrolments come from
- A full course catalogue live in Google
