Publishing at random does not work. Neither does content that reads like it was generated and never touched. I plan what to write from what people are actually searching for, then write it so it ranks and a human still wants to read it.

Everything is edited by hand before it ships. You get a plan you can follow and copy you can publish.

Rewrites usually beat new posts

The first thing I look at is not a topic list, it is your existing pages. Almost every site I open has a handful sitting between position eight and thirty on a term with real demand, taking almost no clicks. Those pages have already proved they can rank. Fixing the title, the opening, and the depth against what page one actually covers is faster and cheaper than starting a new piece from nothing, and the result arrives in weeks rather than quarters.

New content comes after that, aimed at the topics your existing pages leave uncovered.

Thin content is an indexing problem

Most content jobs here start after an indexing job, once the technical side is clean. Thin pages are one of the main reasons Google crawls a page and then refuses to index it: the crawl happened, the assessment came back, and the page did not clear the bar. That status has a name and a fix, and it is worth reading before buying words: crawled, currently not indexed.

So the plan targets the pages that need substance first, then the topics that bring new visitors. Writing more while the existing pages sit unindexed spends money on the wrong end of the problem.

Written to be quoted, not just ranked

Answer engines lift passages rather than ranking pages, which changes how a piece has to be built: the question as the heading, the answer in the first two sentences under it, one idea per paragraph, and at least one specific fact worth repeating. That is the same structure a reader in a hurry wants, so there is no trade-off to manage. How to improve brand visibility in AI search engines is the long version of what that means in practice.

Working remotely

I write for clients in the UK, the US and Australia from Pakistan, across 740+ sites and 727 completed orders. Everything runs through shared documents, Search Console and a written plan you approve before anything is drafted. If English-language copy for a Western audience is the concern, judge it the direct way: read the guides on this site, which are written the same way by the same person, and decide from the writing rather than from the location.

Tell me your niche and I will quote a plan.

  1. step 1 · planTopics and pages picked from your Search data and niche, with a publishing order that makes sense.
  2. step 2 · writeDrafted for search intent and edited by hand before anything ships, so it reads well and ranks.
  3. step 3 · publish and indexInternal links set, each piece submitted in Search Console, indexing tracked on the ledger.

before you ask

Common questions.

Is the content written by AI?

Drafting tools are part of how I work and I am not going to pretend otherwise, because anyone selling writing in 2026 who claims never to touch them is either lying or slower than they need to be. What matters is what happens next. Nothing ships without being edited by hand, checked against the source, and given at least one specific fact that a model could not have produced on its own. Unedited generated text is exactly the thing Google crawls and declines to index, so shipping it would work against the outcome you are paying for.

How many articles do I need per month?

Fewer than most plans sell you. Publishing volume is the standard answer because it is easy to invoice, and on most sites the first real gain comes from rewriting pages that already rank between eight and thirty rather than adding new ones. I would rather fix six existing pages in month one than publish twelve new ones, because the existing pages already have the one thing new content lacks, which is a demonstrated ability to rank.

Do you write for my industry if you do not know it?

I write for it by getting the specifics out of you rather than by researching my way into pretending expertise. That means a short set of questions before drafting: what customers actually ask, what you know that competitors get wrong, what numbers and constraints are real in your work. Content without those facts in it reads like every other page on the subject and gets treated accordingly, both by readers and by the systems now summarising them.

Will the content rank on its own?

Not by itself, and any answer other than that is a sales pitch. Content ranks when the page is indexable, the site is technically sound, the topic has real demand, and the piece answers the query better than what is already there. I control the last two and can fix the first two, which is why most content engagements here start after the technical side is clean rather than alongside it.

Can you just write briefs for my own writers?

Yes, and for teams that already have writers it is usually the better value. A brief includes the target query and why it was chosen, what the pages currently ranking actually cover, the questions the piece has to answer, the internal links it should carry, and the specific facts your writer needs to get from the business. That is the part that takes judgement. The drafting, once a brief is that concrete, is the easy half.

Everything else I run.
